We are looking for a confident individual to carry out the day to day admin duties, the successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative, you must be hard working and be able to work to deadlines. You will be joining a hard working and friendly team.
What will I learn?
Duties will include: Customer service via email, telephone and in person
Assisting with generating of customer invoices
assisting with work scheduling
assist in the purchasing of materials
processing staff holidays
processing staff day sheets
manage company email accounts and social media accounts
any other admin duties as requested
What qualification or qualities are required?
No formal qualifications are required however, experience with Microsoft office is essential.
The successful candidate must be: Pleasant and helpful manner
Good grammar and professional telephone manner
Ability to work on own initiative and follow instructions
Experience with Excel
