Lewis is trained in assisting Candidates with additional support needs, such as Dyslexia, and is an advocate for equality and inclusion.

Before his career in Vocational Education, Lewis attended college for two years studying Fashion Design, where he participated in an internship in Paris to host the first fashion show on the Eiffel Tower.
