Kyle’s job is to register information of candidates and match them to one of our apprenticeship vacancies based on location, interests, and qualifications. Kyle will have an initial chat with candidates when they have first applied to ensure we can provide them with the correct positions and qualifications. Kyle also takes mock interviews with apprenticeship candidates before sending their cv off to the client.
