This role involves the managing of social media accounts, promoting the company’s name, product and services on many platforms to ensure of complete coverage and maximised exposure. As a company our aim is to change people’s perceptions and erase the stigma about those who are homeless. We want someone with the same morals and mindset to be running our social media and help with our marketing. The role could also involve replying to customer enquiries and complaints in social media comments in an appropriate manner whilst also maintaining a standard suitable to the company.
