What will I learn?
Acting as first point of contact for letting agency enquiries via phone, face to face and email.
Providing a friendly, service driven approach building good relations with clients.
Assisting the letting & estate agency process – arranging viewings, visiting properties, advertising properties and completing all connected administration.
Marketing new properties and the company services, sending out information to prospective tenants and keeping office records updated (database, filing, paperwork).
Being a team player – helping colleagues, carrying out follow up calls, liaising in a professional manner with Solicitors, Surveyors and Mortgage advisors. An interest in property is essential together with a professional approach and the ability to provide great customer service.

What qualification or qualities are required?
National 5 or above English & Admin is preferred
