Job Description
We are currently recruiting a keen individual who is interested in kickstarting their career in the Digital Applications Support area. We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator and can work well on their own initiative and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable on using Microsoft packages, and training will be provided for using inhouse systems. Having a good telephone manner is desirable.
Responsibilities
As an apprentice you will be working towards your SCQF level 6 diploma in Digital applications support. You will be helping our in various areas of the business where a wide range of digital applications will be used. Some of your responsibilities can include:
- Help set up digital filing system
- Help set up digital communication channels
- Help set up and run digital accounting software
- Answer incoming calls
- Using Collaborative technology
- Assist the team with digital admin support
- Data inputting information on our internal systems
