What will I learn?
Run database and campaigns using internal CRM system
Preparation of listing appointment documentation as well as listing appointment follow up
Processing of property enquiries, booking appointments and handling of any general customer service enquiries.
Create property listings for sales portals
Social media graphic creation and posting
Management of sales progression pipeline to ensure all property transactions are progressing as planned
Ad-hoc activities as assigned by business owner
Support the business owner with various administrative and operational duties.
Run the estate agency back office to allow the business owner to focus on key business and income generation tasks
Look for opportunities to improve and develop systems and process to increase productivity in line with the company Model
What qualification or qualities are required?
Experience or knowledge within Administration
Keen to learn about Real Estate or has an interest in it
Keen to learn and take part in training days / activities as agreed with owner
Can think quickly on your feet and use your own initiative
Confident and not afraid to ask questions
Good communication skills
Can work well individually and within in a team
Develop skills and learning to be able to take ownership of all operational aspects of the business in future.
