We are looking for candidates who will join our team, working within a busy, fast paced office environment.

The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, willing to learn & dedicated. You will be professional, presentable, and willing to learn. Working well as part of a team is crucial as well as an ability to work to your own devices. You should possess a keen eye for attention to detail and good organizational skills. A willingness to learn and develop and looking to build a career within admin are desirable.

Dealing with all aspects of basic admin, including photocopying, opening & sending mail, filing, scanning, and updating systems. This is an entry level position for a person looking to gain further experience within a successful company that offers good development opportunity.

What will I learn?

  • Assisting in keeping our holiday and absence system updated
  • Assisting the finance team in data analysis and inputting projects
  • Assisting with keeping our client job management system running smoothly
  • Working with the account managers to understand the finance aspect of ongoing projects
  • Helping prepare meeting rooms and keep them clean and tidy
  • Assisting the admin team by being the eyes that spot the detail needed to keep the office looking its best
  • Be involved in any office reorganisation projects
  • To raise and concerns and queries with the line manager and Apprenticeship manager as appropriate
  • To ensure they attend all reviews and meetings with the apprenticeship manager/team, line manager and provider

What qualification or qualities are required?

  • Beneficial to have Maths and English National 5 or above – and be able to provide certificates
  • Has a keen interest in the chosen field/role
  • Is passionate and has enthusiasm to take on new skills and develop fresh new ideas
  • Is self-motivated and hard working
  • Has a logical, methodical approach to problem solving
  • Has a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Energetic and determined, with a strong desire and focus to deliver added value and exceed client and our business targets
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, excellent written English and a high level of numeracy
  • Good Time management
  • Be able to implement change and adjust existing requirements to meet the work instructions
