What will I learn?

You will gain experience in a fast pace environment

You will learn to pay attention to deal by being able to identify missing/incomplete paperwork.

You will learn to develop and professionalise your communication skills in many ways as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and will be greeting any visitors to head office.

You will learn about administration in general, how to be organised, manage deadlines and priorities, work in a team and to be a self-starter. This will include filing and scanning as well as learning how to use the companies admin systems.

You will learn to assist with general bookkeeping task.

What qualification or qualities are required?

Administration knowledge or experience

Great communication skills

Organised individual

Must have a flexible approach to working

Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload

Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadlines

Customer Care – Capable of delivering results and meeting customer expectations

You must be familiar with Microsoft packages.
