We are a rapidly growing, multi-award-winning holiday home management company offering management services to the owners of holiday homes and serviced apartments all over the UK. We now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team here at our HQ based at Olympic Business Park, Dundonald, Ayrshire (this will be an office-based role). We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual who has great customer service skills to join our Customer Experience Department in our HQ office. Full training provided. This role is the first step in the career with us, with promotions available to Property Managers for the right employees
What will I learn?
- Answering incoming phonecalls
- Calling guests
- Dealing with email enquires
- Assisting the Property Managers
- Complaints management
- Taking payments
- Out-of-hours guest helpline rota
What qualification or qualities are required?
- Customer service experience
- Occasional evenings and weekend work required
- Having a strong character is a necessity
- Good telephone manner
