We are currently looking for an admin assistant to join our busy and growing Law firm in Glasgow. There will be opportunities for progression for the right candidate. we are looking for someone with an interest in admin and who can work on there own initiative.
What will I learn?
Duties will include;
Answering the telephone
Drafting letters and ensuring the electronic file management is up to date
Ensuring items are logged electronically and paper file
Ensuring the correct fees and outlays are logged
Assisting with printing, scanning, spreadsheets and dictation
What qualification or qualities are required?
Have knowledge in Microsoft packages including excel, outlook and word
Have an interest in admin
