What will I learn?
Duties will include:
Handling incoming calls
Outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Microsoft packages excel, word & power point
E mail enquiries
Updating data base
Typing, filing & copying
General digital admin duties
Organisation within the office
Report to Office Manager
you will be trained in accounts and bookkeeping
What qualification or qualities are required?
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
Must be able to work on your own
Excellent Communication Skills
Must be Determined to get tasks complete
