Our client are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated front office worker to join a busy team. in this position you will play a key role by performing various admin tasks. you should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone organising documents and more. Reliability and strong work ethic along with great communication skills are required.

What will I learn?

Duties will include;
Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
Answer the phone, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate office
Organise and maintain files and records
Create and update documents such as spreadsheets
First point of contact for emails and queries
Working with Microsoft packages; Outlook, Spreadsheets, Word Documents

What qualification or qualities are required?

Admin qualification preferred
Ability to effectivelly use and maintain office equipment
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Communication skills
Hard Working
Reliable
Outgoing
