We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients office based in Ayrshire, if you have an interest in admin and you are confident, hard working and can work on your own initiative then this is the role for you.

This will be a varied role and you will be providing direct support to the business and you will be an integral part of the team. You will be responsible for general admin duties such as answering telephones, responding to queries and keeping all records up to date.


What will I learn?

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Clients
General admin duties (Filing, Scanning, Photocopying)
Answering Calls and passing on messages
updating spreadsheets and trackers
calling clients

Working hours:

9:30 – 5 (Monday – Thursday)
9:30 – 3 (Friday)

What qualification or qualities are required?

A qualification in admin is preferred
Ability to work on own initiative
Hard worker
Willingness to learn

Confident and Outgoing
