A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an IT company. you will receive second to none support and mentoring through your apprenticeship with fantastic and rapid career progression available. You will develop skills in hardware and software and be an IT Whizz kid before you can say Byte me!

You will act as central point of contact between the customer and the IT service management. You will receive all IT incidents and provide 1st line support

What will I learn?

You will be coached by your line manager and mentor. During your apprenticeship you will be supported to identify which areas of the business you would like to focus on your long term career in. They will invest time and money for you to get the best career opportunity and education possible.

Main responsibilities:
Provide 1st Line Support
Interpret Customer requirements and provide advice and support on potential solutions to resolve IT related issues
Ensure users are informed on status and progress of incidents logged with the service desk
