SET Training was founded in 2013 with the mission to be a training provider with a difference.
Our core values focus on delivering top quality and valuable apprenticeship training to provide mutual benefit to both the learner and the employer. What We Do
When it comes to recruiting apprentices, this isn’t a task we take lightly. We work hard to learn about the employer in the first instance and what the office environment is like.
Once we get this information, we then look to get the perfect match, not only in skills and attitude but also in personality as this an important factor, especially in smaller teams. We also give those undergoing apprenticeship training as much support as possible prior to the interview including interview skills, CV support and generally helping them identify their skills and qualities to set them off on the right foot.
We then provide full support throughout the apprenticeship training to both the employer and the apprentice and we pride ourselves on the care we put in.
The Future of SET Training
Not only do we offer apprenticeship training, but we have recently gained City and Guild’s approval to deliver electrical training after taking on our fantastic client, Mitie.
We have a success rate to be proud of and we have put in a lot of time and effort into the course to ensure it focuses on the most important aspects which are reflected in the results. Our training catalog is expanding, and more and more courses are on their way, so watch this space!
